The new Board came together earlier today for the first time to assign internal roles and responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of this procedure, <strong>Labrina Barmpetaki<\/strong>, President &amp; Managing Director, Abbvie Pharmaceuticals Greece, Cyprus &amp; Malta was named as the <strong>new President of the BoD<\/strong>. <strong>Christian Rodseth<\/strong>, Managing Director &#8211; Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Poland &amp; Romania at Janssen was appointed as <strong>Vice President<\/strong> of the BoD, while <strong>Savas Charalampidi<\/strong>s, General Manager at Gilead Sciences will be <strong>General Secretary<\/strong> of the BoD and <strong>Ezat Azem<\/strong>, CEO and President at Roche Hellas will be the <strong>Treasurer<\/strong> of the BoD <strong>Agata Jakoncic<\/strong>, CEO at MSD for Greece, Cyprus &amp; Malta, <strong>Yvoni Papastelatou<\/strong>, Sanofi Country Lead Greece &amp; Cyprus &amp; General Manager Specialty Care Greece &amp; Cyprus and <strong>Elena Chouliara<\/strong>, President &amp; Managing Director at AstraZeneca Greece &amp; Cyprus will be <strong>members of the BoD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The first part of the General Assembly, in which all 26 member companies of PhARMA Innovation Forum Greece participated, was dedicated to the report on the work of the outgoing Board during the previous three years. Then followed the election process, from which the new Board of Directors emerged.
